Employers must post legitimate job opportunities and not discriminate against candidates.

No harassment, abuse, or misuse of the Platform is permitted.

5. Content Ownership
All materials provided by users remain their property. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Daisy CV a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share such content for recruitment purposes.

6. Platform Use Limitations

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt the service.

Automated data scraping or unauthorized access to other users’ data is prohibited.

7. Termination
Daisy CV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as-is.” Daisy CV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms
Daisy CV may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
